Policies

Cabin check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11 am. No exceptions can be made. We need this time to clean the cabins for our next guests.

Campground check in time is 2pm. Check out is 11am. No exceptions can be made. We need this time to clean the campground for our next guests.

Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.

NO FIREWORKS OR GROUND FIRES. Please use the outdoor fire pits. This property borders the Cherokee National Forest. Not only could an an out of control fire be disastrous, it could also lead to criminal charges.

No generators, no extension cords to connect to full-time electric. If you are found to have a cord running to your site, you will be charged an additional $25/night for your entire reservation.

All reservations must include an accurate count of all guests staying on the property. If the number of guests increases after booking, you are required to notify the office immediately. An additional per-person, per-night fee will apply and will be added to your account for the entirety of your reservation.

Please place trash in trash receptacles using trash bags provided. Trash should NOT be placed outside due to wild animals. Please remove your trash upon departure. A large dumpster is located at the front entrance to the property. Do not throw bottles or trash in the outdoor fire pits. Do not litter.

Alcohol is allowed on the property. Please don't leave glass bottles or broken glass on the grounds. You may be asked to leave if you are causing a disturbance from overindulging.

To avoid a cleaning charge, please leave the property neat and tidy for the next guests. Clean up your campsite and take your trash to dumpster at the property entrance.

This is a wilderness area, surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest. Wild animals including Bears, Bobcats, Snakes, Spiders, Scorpions, Bees, and others may be present. Use caution throughout the area.

Damages to any of the grounds and property, including furnishings, outside of wear and tear from normal use, will result in charges and/or legal action. Any missing items will result in additional charges to your account.

Please respect our neighbors personal and private property. Adhere to no trespassing signs. No graffiti or name carving on walls, decking, trees, etc.

CABIN POLICIES

To avoid a cleaning charge, please leave the property neat and tidy for the next guests. Check out instructions are posted on the refrigerator. Leave the cabins clean except for normal use of linens, towels, etc.

Do NOT remove furniture or furnishings. Return any & all furniture to it's original locations.

SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the cabins. You will be charged a $200 fee if there is a cigarette smell left in cabins from smoking.

Please dispose of cigarette butts in the proper receptacle, not on the ground. Improper disposal of cigarette butts poses a fire hazard. Help us keep the grounds safe and litter free.
PET POLICY

No pets are allowed in the cabins. You will be charged a $200 fee if pets are found in the cabins. This does not apply to service animals. You must provide us with information regarding your service animal prior to your arrival.

Pets are allowed in the campground area. You must provide us with information on your pet prior to your arrival.
All pets must be on a leash or under physical control at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Please show respect for other guests by not bringing dogs that are excessive barkers. Do not leave pets alone for any reason at any time. -
You will be asked to leave if your pet:

Is not in the care of a person and leashed.

Poses a danger to other guests (i.e., if they're snarling, growling, or showing other signs of aggression).

Has an accident inside the Cabin (i.e., are not house broken)

CANCELLATION POLICY​
-
A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction will apply to all cancellations, regardless of timing.

Full refunds (minus the processing fee) will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.

50% refunds (minus the processing fee) will be issued for cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours prior to check-in.
-
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in.
-
No refunds will be issued once the reservation begins, including for unused nights, cancellations, or early check-outs.
