RULES AND REGS
We hope you enjoy your stay while in the Ocoee River Region. Please help us maintain a safe and enjoyable place to stay. This is our home. Please be respectful of the rules or you may be asked to leave and we do not want that!!

Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11 am. No exceptions can be made due to cleaning being done between these hours.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

NO FIREWORKS OR GROUND FIRES. Please use the outdoor fire pits. This property borders the Cherokee National Forest. An out of control fire could be disastrous and result in criminal charges.

This is a wilderness area, surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest. Wild animals including Bears, Bobcats, Snakes, Scorpions, Bees, and others may be present. Use caution throughout the area.

Please place trash in trash receptacles using trash bags provided. Trash should NOT be placed outside due to wild animals. A large dumpster is located by the driveway at the road. Do not throw bottles or trash in the outdoor fire pits. Do not litter.

Alcohol is allowed on the property. Please no glass bottles left or broken on the grounds. You may be asked to leave if you are causing a disturbance from overindulging.

To avoid a cleaning charge, please leave the property neat and tidy for the next guests. Clean up your campsite.

Damages to any of the grounds and property including furnishings outside of wear and tear from normal use will result in charges and/or legal action. Any missing items will result in additional charges to your account.

Please respect our neighbors personal and private property. Adhere to no trespassing signs. No graffiti or name carving on walls, decking, trees, etc.

CABIN POLICIES

To avoid a cleaning charge, please leave the property neat and tidy for the next guests. Leave the cabins clean except for normal use of linens, towels, etc.

Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start it when you depart.

Do NOT remove furniture or furnishings. Return chairs to the porches.

SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the cabins. You will be charged a $200 fee if there is a cigarette smell left in cabins from breaking this rule.

Please dispose of cigarette butts in the proper place, not on the ground. This is a forest fire hazard as well as littering.
PET POLICY

No pets allowed in the cabins. You will be charged a $200 fee if pets are found in the cabins. This does not apply to service animals.

Pets are allowed in the campground area. The animal must be on a leash or under physical control at all times. Please clean up after your animal. To respect other campers, please no excessive barkers.

You will be asked to leave if your pet is:

Are not restrained,

Pose a danger to customers (i.e., if they're snarling or growling), or
-
Have an accident inside the Cabin (i.e., are not house broken)

CANCELLATION POLICY
-
There will be a service fee charged for all cancellations of 2.9% + $0.30 for each transaction no matter the timing.

Full refunds less processing fee will be given if reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before check in time.

Fifty percent refunds will be given for the first 3 nights and 100% for the remaining nights if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of check in time.
